This course offers an expressive outlet to move to music in a safe and supportive environment. Each class begins with mobility exercises to prepare the body for our dance routine, followed by a cool down. This practice can increase strength, flexibility, improve balance, enhance coordination and promote an overall sense of well-being. It is therapeutic for establishing a deeper connection between body and emotions. Please wear comfortable fitness attire and non-slip socks or flexible sole tennis shoes.
