This mindful movement practice consists of gentle, calming exercises that create an overall sense of health, well-being and vitality. Studies have shown physiological and psychological health benefits including stress relief, improved balance, heart health, enhanced immune response, and increased mental focus. It can be done sitting or standing and will include movement and balance sequences. Please wear comfortable fitness attire (yoga pants or loose-fitting clothes and breathable shirt), and non-slip socks or flexible sole tennis shoes. Note: 1-week delayed start. 7 classes. Limit 20.
